Our family has been growing grapes and making wine in Sonoma County since 1980. Three generations of Benzigers have worked at our family-owned winery, and as such, we have the chance to make our decisions for the good of the wine, the vine and the land. Our decades long commitment to environmental responsibility is at the core of our work, and our Sonoma Mountain Estate was the first Demeter-certified Biodynamic® vineyard in Northern California.

Our new line of Signaterra wines represents both a continuation of our farming philosophy and an exciting exploration of new ground.
